We cover both the US and the UK, so you can hold inventory close to your customers on both sides of the Atlantic instead of shipping everything across an ocean. Which one you use, or both, depends on where your orders actually come from.
It starts with a short call to map your SKUs, your monthly volumes and where your orders ship to. From that we give you the warehouse address, the labelling and packaging requirements, and a booked receiving window. Most sellers are ready to send their first stock within about a week of that call. There is no long integration project before you can ship anything.
You either ship it in on your own carrier or we arrange collection for you. Every inbound shipment needs a heads-up and a packing list so we can book receiving and staff it. When it lands we count it against your list, check for damage, and photograph anything that does not match. Your stock shows as available once it is on the shelf, which is usually within 1 to 2 business days of arrival.
Orders received before the daily cut-off are picked, packed and handed to the carrier the same day. Transit time after that is down to the carrier and the service level you choose. Because we hold stock in both the US and the UK, orders in each market stay domestic instead of becoming slow international parcels.
