1. Services
IBM Business Solution provides LLC and LTD registration assistance, e-commerce store management, 3PL fulfilment, web development and graphic design. The exact scope, deliverables and timelines for each engagement are set out in your individual service agreement or proposal.
2. Not legal or tax advice
Our registration services assist with the administrative process of forming a business entity. We are not a law firm and not an accounting firm, and nothing we provide is legal, tax or financial advice. For advice specific to your situation, consult a licensed attorney or accountant.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate and complete information so we can perform our services, and to respond to requests for information promptly. Delays caused by missing or inaccurate information may affect project timelines.
4. Payments
Service fees, payment schedules and any deposits are set out in your quote or agreement. Fees are not negotiable once work has started unless we agree otherwise in writing.
5. Third party platforms
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an official representative of eBay, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Amazon, or any government registration body. Our services help you use those platforms and processes. Complying with each platform's own terms remains your responsibility.
6. Fulfilment and shipping
We take reasonable care in warehousing and shipping. We are not liable for delays, damage or loss caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
7. Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of custom deliverables such as designs and website builds transfers to you. This does not include third party assets, tools, licences or pre-existing frameworks used to deliver the work.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IBM Business Solution is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including lost profits or business interruption.
9. Termination
Either party may end an ongoing service agreement with written notice, subject to the terms in that individual agreement, including any fees for work already completed.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or from our services.
Where you engage us as a consumer resident in another country, this clause does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the place you live.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
