Coverage
We provide 3PL warehousing and fulfilment from facilities in the United States and the United Kingdom, so you can hold stock close to customers in both markets.
Processing times
Orders received before our daily cut-off are processed and shipped the same day. Orders arriving after the cut-off ship on the next business day. Weekends and public holidays are excluded.
Shipping carriers
We work with major carriers in each region. We choose the carrier for each shipment based on cost, speed and reliability for that specific order.
International and cross-border shipments
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by the destination country. Delivery times on international shipments can vary because of customs processing.
Damaged or lost shipments
We take care in packaging and handling. We are not liable for loss or damage that happens in carrier transit. Claims should be filed with the relevant carrier, and we will help by providing the documentation you need.
Returns processing
Returns are processed at our warehouse facilities on the terms agreed in your service plan. Return shipping costs and eligibility depend on the agreement between you and your own customers.
